Honestly no reason to complain. Fabulous base for a weekend in Belfast! Queens neighbourhood was worth exploring.
great hotel had a great time in the pub and was a great location for shopping and seeing belfast
I really enjoyed my stay and evrything was first class. I was however wakened several times during the night by noise coming from an electric unit inside a wardrobe.
The location was great. Near the bus station and shopping. The room was very clean and bedlinen was so fresh and crisp. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and great choice on the menu. Would definitely stay there again and it was good value.
No I really enjoyed my stay.
Nice, friendly staff. Free drinks at the bar next door (which was great, including the food),. Extremely comfortable beds and good wireless in the rooms.
Bathroom is a little dated, but functional. If you open the window the smell from KFC is very strong.
Rooms are really gorgeous. Very modern, clean and spacious. Food in restaurant is lovely. They operate a beat the clock menu. You pay the price of the time you order for your meal. You can order breakfast in bed at no extra cost (continental). If you want cooked you have to go to restaurant.
The interior decoration, bar facilities (football and food), breakfast and helpful & friendly staff
The music from the bar could be heard in our room even though we were on the 3rd floor. However it would not put me off from a return visit or recommending the hotel.
The staff were so friendly and seemed so happy at their work. Most of the staff were local and so it was nice to hear true Belfast accents !!
handy for the city, very friendly staff, very comfy bed, bar was excellent, food very nice but pricey for what you got.
Rooms were very good, clean, great beds and shower. Breakfast (included in room) was terrific with lots of choice of hot food and excellent continental buffet. Location in city centre is very good.
Unfortunately, when booking the hotel, I didn't realise that there is a nightclub attached to the hotel, and as such, is a very popular hotel for hen weekends. Needless to say, neither my father or I got much sleep on Friday or Saturday night because of extremely loud party girls on the other side of thin walls. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to get any sleep on a Friday or Saturday night.
Staff were fantastic. Lovely building, very handy having bar and restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was lovely, treat having it cooked to order rather than it sitting under hot lamps for hours.
I have stayed at Benedicts before in a double, found it alot nicer than the twin I stayed in this time although it was still to a good standard.
excellent rooms, beautifully furnished, good breakfast, lovely staff, great location,
noise from the night club, noise from the air vent outside the room no 216, had to open window due to heat of room,
Stayed at Benedicts many times Its still lively! Still a great breakfast! The rooms are surprisingly excellent but don't go if you are looking for a quiet night
this hotel is very good, regarding the location, service and staff. The room is also very good for business visitors like us. The room are big enough for the low price we paid. Breakfast also is good. You can even order some of the special dishes.
Good hotel, great central location, good food and good service
